Prices

All the prices displayed on the site of the Pâtisserie-Boulangerie-Pizza Gourmande & Pizza Gourmande in Laval (www.patisseriegourmande.com) All the displayed prices are in Canadian dollars before taxes and handling fees if applicable and will be shown on your order. (The purchase is payable in full at the time of order). All delivery outside Laval and Montreal will be charged. If so, contact us by mail or phone. These charges will be the responsibility of taking care by the customer.

Payment

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are covering preparation and packaging. They are based on the place of delivery and not on the number of items ordered. The customer cannot combine different orders to minimized the delivery charges. The Orders of $200.00$ or more before taxes will be delivered at no costs.

Delivery time

A delay of 2 to 7 working days must be allowed when you place a custom order. It’s giving us the time to verify the availability of our products. An average of 1 to 3 working days is necessary for the delivery of online orders in Laval and Montreal. Pâtisserie-Boulangerie-Pizza Gourmande & Pizza Gourmande in Laval would not be responsible for a delay in delivery resulting in a stock outage in our shop or during the Christmas holidays from December 17th of each year.

Return of goods purchased online

Because our products are perishable, we must be informed right away by phone or directly to the delivery person if anything is not to your entire satisfaction.
